Why do we need a new legal framework for climate?
Paulo Magalhães was the guest speaker at the most recent session of "Pensar Futuro" (Thinking Future), an initiative of the City Hall of São João da Madeira, which provided a reflection on the need for a legal framework for climate. The session was broadcasted live from the Casa da Criatividade (House of Creativity) to more than 700 people.
