This axis focuses on positioning the CHH as an influential voice in the United Nations and in regional contexts (Portuguese, CPLP, Europe and Africa), using a network of Diplomatic and Strategic Alliances and ambassadors to ensure that the Earth System is recognized in official documents and high-level decisions.
